To create a strong visual identity for Norway's first 100% female-funded distillery that could challenge the male-dominated spirits world without falling into predictable tropes. An insight of mutualism was conceived – how the people, the liquid, and Fedje island all influence each other. This became the foundation for a purposeful, unadorned identity that stripped away whisky category conventions.The design language is clean and bold. Subtle motion adds impact without being overwhelming – letting typography breathe and the message land. Culminating in an identity that feels unmistakably powerful and progressive, helping FEDDIE become Norway's best-selling malt whisky within weeks of launch.
